In-Home Prenatal & Postpartum Personal Training
Serving Southeast Boise and nearby Boise neighborhoods, including Harris Ranch and Barber Valley.
Your health and fitness shouldn't have to wait for the perfect season. I bring personalized prenatal and postpartum fitness coaching to you, helping you to move safely, build strength, and pursue lifelong health — whether you're preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or caring for your body through each stage of motherhood.
Hi, I'm Sanja.
I'm a Certified Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. As a mom of two, I understand that every season of motherhood brings unique changes. My goal is to help you move safely, build strength, and create healthy habits that fit your life.
I provide in-home training and virtual coaching because I know how difficult it can be to coordinate childcare, pack up the diaper bag, and make it to the gym. I come to you because I believe fitness should fit into your life-not require your life to revolve around fitness.
Whether you're preparing for birth, returning to exercise after having a baby, or looking to feel stronger and healthier, I'll help you create a sustainable approach that fits your life and goals.
